Let me introduce myself

Hi. My name is Kamu.

Welcome to my website…or at least the “blog” portion of it.

This particular post is my first post and I wanted to start off by introducing myself. Most people might wonder, “who is Kamu Sing” beyond what we see? Well maybe not most…maybe not anyone…haha! But this is me.

I wouldn’t consider myself a blogger so bare with me if this seems really awkward.

Let’s start with what people could know about me (basically if you googled me…haha)

• I’m a real estate agent for Compass

• I’m a business manager at a local recording studio called Zeo Music

• I’m a pastor at my church

• Most know me in church for my ability to lead worship

• I’m part of a worship band called Zeo Worship (we’ve been nominated for the Na Hoku Hanohano Music Awards several times)

Here are a few things people may not know about me

• I’m married with kids

• I graduated from Kamehameha Schools (in Hawaii, it’s important to know where we graduated from high school…just accept it…haha)

• I’m part introvert - meaning, I really like people…I just can come across either shy or intimidating

• I love to play volleyball

• I have 3 passions

  • God

  • The Hawaii Music Industry

  • My Culture & People: Hawaiian

My dream.

• Solve one major problem that most of the Hawaii Music Industry experiences

• Help my Culture & People to be heard and understood from the history of what has happened in the past and where we are today

• Introduce God to anyone who needs Him

  • I’m not one to stuff religion down anyone’s throat. I just know what God has done for me and would love for everyone to have what I have too.
